James's clients feedback that they love the way he cleverly helps them to identify and use their own strengths to solve real world issues. He does this with his own unique blend of knowledge, humour and experience, using plain language and empathy.
James has a grounding in the Royal Navy and a passion for leadership and motivation. He also has a strong link to the gritty world of sales in the engineering sector having been a successful senior manager in two blue chip, high profile companies since the mid nineties.
James is a practitioner of NLP and has written leadership materials for international training organisations as well as developing his own unique program. He is currently working on his own book which combines the pace and excitement of a fictional novel, with the enlightening inspiration of a personal development manual.

Bevis Moynan

Bevis has a Bsc and is a master practitioner of NLP, time-line therapy & hypnotherapy. He has a wealth of experience in developing high performance teams in business and sporting arenas. He is a top level sportsman in his own right, having represented England young cricketers at U19 level, and remains a keen cricketer and golfer.
One of Bevis's key skills is to align personal value systems to organisational objectives. This is a key element to maximizing performance in the workplace, and can help to identify continuous improvement and succession plans. Bevis brings the ability to work closely with individuals and teams to work out strategies for development and aligning thier core values to successful outcomes.

Andy is an experienced leader, learning and development manager, project manager and coach. Andy has enjoyed a successful career as a business leader in the hospitality, legal and educational arena's and has experience within national & international organisation both in the public and private sector. Andy thrives on the interaction involved with personal coaching and mentoring where his passion and energy as a qualified practitioner of NLP, time-line therapy, goal mapping, hypnotherapy and psychoanalysis can be tapped into by our clients.
Martin Rhodes

Martin is a qualified accountant and runs financial programs for PAIYBAC including Sage. Martin qualified in a regional firm of chartered accountants before moving on to become a finance director of an industrial PLC and then onto Managing Director of a £35m company. The knowledge and experience that Martin has from SME through to PLC brings real value to the table.
